Approve reparation cash payment to African American Slave descendants that were used for free labor for over 250 years and the continual systemic racism that staggers African American progress financially in the United States of American. And also for the psychological damage from inhuman treatment and terrorism inflicted upon African Americans in this country, i.e. Jim Crow, War on Drugs, and unjust Criminal System.
