Approve to repeal or delay the Affordable Care Act, better known as Obamacare

The Affordable Care Act was passed with practically no one knowing the full extent or impact of the legislation, yet we are moving at 100 MPH to implement it. Health Care costs have risen year over year far more than inflation, yet this bill does nothing to control the underlying causes of the lack of 'afforadability' of healthcare If the new law is so great, why isn't the whole Federal Government using it for themselves now? We need Tort reform and insurance reform before we decide to impact all the tax payers of our country with this type of legislation. This petition is to put the act on hold at least until our three branches of government adopt it too. In short, if it is so great, why isn't Congress on it now.
