This petition asks for the Obama Administration to allow for the formal acceptance of the revisions made to the Fair Labor Standards Act. Acceptance of these revisions would allow home health care aids to be eligible for overtime and would allow them the right of being paid at least minimum wage. This would improve the lives of around 2.5 million Americans.
