Approve the "Rule of 6" Bi-Partisan Plan for Bullet Control

1.) all automatic and semi-automatic guns are immediately deemed illegal
2.) all gun permit applicants are required to complete a rigorous application with a 6-year waiting list
3.) all approved permit holders are not allowed to own more than 6 guns
4.) all approved firearms can hold no more than a 6-bullet maximum
5.) all citizens with permits are required to revalidate with a psychologist every 6 years (local, state and federal police authorities are excluded)
6.) persons found guilty of possessing a firearm that violates the "Rule of 6" will face a mandatory sentence of 6 years in jail for each violation
