Approve short term unemployment for the people that get sick and has to be off work.Like me who had open heart surgery.

Unemployment For The Sick" Why can't there be a law that states that if I,him or her gets sick,with a heart attack,are open heart surgery and go to apply for unemployment,just to here them say if you are not able to look for work due to sickness then you can't apply for unemployment.Why there's not a bill that says if you are sick,you can recieve short term unemployment until you return to work.That statement is you available able and looking for work should be changed.You know if the person is sick how is they going to be able to look for work.I had a heart attack and open heart surgery and tried to apply for unemployment,just until I return to work,but got denied and appealed it and got denied again.When you don't have money to get your medicine and have to ask here and there you'll see.
