Rebels fighting in Ukraine are supported by foreign governments and are terrorists. They don't represent the freedom, opinions, rights, or best interests of the peoples in the regions in which they are fighting. Please approve the use of U.S. forces to help combat terrorists and close the border to Russia. Provide more extreme sanctions against the governments and leaders of nations supporting the terrorist rebels.
