Approve the use of enhanced interrogation techniques under certain circumstances.

Created by E.P. on February 23, 2015

After 9/11 certain coercive interrogation techniques were approved by the Justice Department and the Bush administration. In 2009 the Obama administration rescinded these techniques. Coercive interrogation, a grave evil, should be treated by the government as all other grave evils are. They are necessary to be coped with in order to produce a greater good. Instituting clear limits on its use, methods, and subjects will aid in protecting others.
