Two years ago I experienced my first time while working at Social Security Administration, a sequestration. I did not even know what it meant yet alone did I need to worry. I quickly seen all my coworkers panic due to how were we going to pay our mortgages, cars insurances and feed our families. This all came to be because Congress could not agree on a budget in a timely fashion. I ask that you please not only have a budget in a timely manner, but that congress can realize the wages we are currently receiving are not up to par with economical increases through out many services we all working americans utilize. We ask that our salary be revised and/or budget allows for more promotional positions with in the agency.
