Are you being Overcharged for Child Support by Texas Attorney General?

Created by A.P. on December 05, 2012

I first went to court in 2002 to establish child support payments. At the time the age of the child was 3month.About a week later I received a statement from the Texas Attorney General/Child Support Division stating that I owe $1625 in arrears,So for the next 12 years they deducted payments from every check I received.Even after they had received the Court Ordered Monthly Amount they kept deducting payments when I had paid for that month.I have sent them certified letters on a number of ocassions, concerning this matter But get no response.
