Arm Every Teacher and Child with a Personal Nuclear Device (P.A.D.) to Make Society Safer.

Hunters-in-Cities united! The argument for personal safety and personal protection is clear: within rural areas, guns are a necessity because the police cannot respond quickly. In cities, nuclear devices and grenades ARE required by teachers and police to combat assault weapons to lower risk to society in general. SWAT teams are everywhere. Therefore, these assailants, not hunters, mentally disbturbed or not, and have never committed a *SINGLE* crime, should be killed prior to a massacre by a member of their own family, OR a nuclear device. PDAs and grenades should be available for all families citizens who are not mentally disturbed (just 26% of Americans have mental illness, according to the AMA). Transfer of grenades and PADs should not be allowed except after 3 months probation.
