Armenia shall withdraw from the occupied territory. Azerbaijan according to the four UN Security Council resolutions on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, adopted April 30 to November 12, 1993
Azerbaijan government trying to resolve occupied territorial issue by diplomatic way but almost quoter of the century no any result. United State of America and the other two countries of co-chairman in OSCE as a permanent member of UN having rights to fulfill the resolution adopted under the UN Charter.
Due to absence of progress in conflict we and international community started thinking like; "If your friends convince you of the need for negotiations with the enemy, it means that the traitors have already agreed on everything."
UN need to be more strict with occupier according to international law.
