Arrange a conference or convention of state governors to establish a reform body to limit federal control over the USA

The federal government has grown so large that it is allowed to regulate and investigate itself. It infringes on the constitutional rights of the people it is supposed to answer to. It has trampled on the constitution and redefined basic rights for political agendas that border on communism. The states should have more input and authority to regulate what the federal government can control. Spending in the name of the people should be approved by the people and not by a sheltered select few who are insulated from what the people want. Otherwise the federal government can force people to buy snow shovels in all states. Only the Governors can look out a window in their states and decide if that would be stupid. Federal control must be controlled by someone other than the federal government.
