Sedition is a major crime in the United States. This petition is to call forth Rep. Ted Cruz and other members of Congress who were behind the government shutdown and arrest them under the Seditious Conspiracy statute.
Conspiracy doesn't even have to happen, just thought out. The GOP reps. planned that the shutdown back in July and that it would be the ultimatum, if the ACA wasn't repealed. When that didn't work , they planned to cause an economic shutdown to further defund Obama-care. After both didn't work, their last straw was to impeach the President by blaming him for the economic default.
Rep. Ted Cruz said that he would stop at nothing to defund the ACA and blames his fellow party members for the shutdown loss. He also plans for another economic shutdown in February.
