We the people demand the immediate arrest of all law enforcement agents, officers , security personnel and nilitary personnel currently involved in suppressing the free speech of the protestors of the DAPL pipeline. We have witnessed through media several instances of law enforcement, security and military personnel using violence against people who are exercising their right to assemble and to free speech. This is unacceptable in any civilized society. We demand that all actions against DAPL protestors immediately be halted, and that all parties involved in aggression against DAPL protestors are to be immediately arrested and charged under 18 U.S.C. 242 - Deprevation of Rights under Color of Law.
