Arrest and charge Rep. Trey Radel with a more harsh sentence than 1 year probation.

Created by A.S. on November 21, 2013

Rep. Trey Radel, R-Fla was found in possession of 3.5 grams of cocaine, was arrested, and charged with 1 year of probation.

There have been far harsher penalties for first time offenders that have been found with possession of less than the quantity Rep. Radel was found with.

We are asking that Rep. Radel be arrested and charged with a similar penalty to those described above or reduce the sentence of every common citizen that has an equal or lesser crime with the same parameters.

If this is not obliged then we respectfully request that Rep. Radel step down or be removed from office.

The people of the United States should not be facing harsher crimes than those they elect to govern over us.
