Petition to arrest and prosecute all person's calling for the stripping of American citizen's citizenship of those signing sucession petitions. It is a First Admendment right to redress the government for grieves and therefore all person's exercising the signing of a petition peacefully, are excersing their First Amedment rights and anyone violating those rights is guilty of a civil rights violation.
