Currently, anyone who threatens a person(s) who are caught on video whether on YouTube, local/national news would be arrested and prosecuted for inciting hate/threats to ones life.
People such as Donald Trump, Ben Carson, Jerry Falwell Jr. of Liberty University or even Pastor Kevin Swanson who incite harm or death of any person due to their religion or identity, through no fault of their own, should be arrested and prosecuted.
Laws state any person who willfully threatens to commit a crime that will result in death or harm to another person, with the specific intent that the statement, made verbally, in writing, or by means of an electronic communication device, is to be taken as on its face and under the circumstances in which it is made, shall be punished by imprisonment.
