Arrest and prosecute Edward Snowden, the alleged NSA whistleblower. Work with foreign governments and use any and all legal means to ensure his extradition to the USA. Regardless of any personal gain, Mr. Snowden appears to have violated his non-disclosure agreement and disclosed top secret information, possibly causing grave damage to the national security of the United States. Offer Mr. Snowden a fair opportunity to answer his actions in a fair and public trial by the jury of his peers.
Create an independent committee to investigate whether Snowden disclosed top secret documents to a foreign government official and/or agent. If evidence beyond a reasonable doubt exists that Snowden disclosed such information to the aforementioned individual(s) charge him with treason and/or espionage.
