Arrest and prosecute those responsible for "Fast and Furious", IRS, Benghazi and giving ACA amnesty to politicians et al

Allow an outside agency, non US govn, to investigate the following issues. With authority to find and place guilt and name all involved.
1. "Fast and Furious" involving the US DOJ and AG Holder and govn officials.
2. IRS - targeting of organizations by Lois Lerner, the IRS and govn officials.
3, Benghazi - allowing American citizens to die without providing proper security, or sending assistance and lying to the American people regarding it being a terrorist attack as reported by Hillary Clinton, the State Department and govn officials.
4. ACA - allowing politicians to be exempt from this Law in direct violation of the US Constitution by POTUS and any and all govn officials.
5. VP Biden - for outing Navy SEAL team which resulted in deaths of US troops.
6. NSA - US Constitutional violations
