Arrest and try all bankers involved in the 2008 financial crisis - and not the front men, but the majority shareholders too. Force all banks to sell 95 percent of their stock on the open market to break the cartels of money creation and make it illegal for any bank to be bigger that a certain financial size (say a couple million per bank).
