Ann Layman is tainting the good city of Seattle, Washington. She has been known to frighten away tourist and in some cases even local residents due to her dank attitudes. The state budget is in a crisis due to the tyranny of her oppressive stance on social issues and finance. She is preventing progress simply by living her. She is really holding us back.
