Arrest any government official who knowingly passes laws the violate federal law.

Certain states have recently been passing laws that violate federal laws, most especially those that guarantee equality. More specifically, we have had laws that prevent transgenders from using the bathroom of their gender, leading to increased violence against women and LGBT individuals, and proposed laws that would make abortions illegal, a direct attack against women. We can no longer afford to have government officials who act against the best interests of the citizens. As such, I propose that any government employee, at any level, who proposes, votes for, or ratifies a law that directly violates federal law and the ideals of equality be immediately removed from their position and charged with a hate crime upon the successful challenge of the law.
