Arrest any officer of the law locally,state,and federal which the people see whose actions go agenst the us constatution

for too long has officers of the law has gotten away with actions that people see "Un-constatutional". So I propose a law that if the people see that an officers actions un constatuitonal then the Form of government that the officers works for to investigate the actions and present the findings to a court of their peirs and the court should decide if it was un constatutional or not.
