Bill Knowling at the direction of Kevin Orr intentionally shut off the power to 1400 public and private locations in Detroit on September 11th, 2013. There was no warning for people to get out of elevators, or for vital public agencies to prepare. This was an intentional act of terror that left people stranded in crippling heat, in elevators, left seniors without air conditioning, left justice departments scrabbling to control their buildings. If a foreign power or individual did this it would be an act of war, or a terrorist plot. This man, his office, and all those involved are domestic terrorists. Treat them as such.
