Cliven Bundy and his followers have taken arms against the United States. They have done so in order to ignore due process and weaken the court's enforcement of laws created by the people of the United States.
Cliven Bundy's remarks and threats should be treated as no different than any other white supremacist leader's shrill statement of abdication. He is a white separatist who takes arms against the United States and should be treated as any other terrorist.
