Arrest, Detain And Extradite Capt Paul Watson; Sea Shepherd to Costa Rica And Japan On Interpol Red Notices Issued

Created by K.D. on February 01, 2013

We request that the US Marshall's Service and/or the US Coast Guard arrest and extradite US citizen Capt Paul Watson; Sea Shepherd Conservation Society if on US soil or in US territorial waters, under two Interpol Red Notices issued against Capt Watson under warrants from governments of Costa Rica and Japan. Regardless if the warrants are alleged to be politically motivated, Capt. Watson should be treated no differently than any other US citizen, and the matter should be decided in a Court of competent jurisdiction, not by petition. Capt Watson should be stripped of his 1999 "Daily Points of Light" Award from President George H.W. Bush until such time as he appears for trial in Costa Rica and Japan and is found not guilty of his alleged crimes in both jurisdictions.
