Arrest Donald Trump, on the grounds of inciting violence at his rally in Iowa.

Created by M.R. on February 01, 2016

Donald Trump attempted to incite violence against a potential protester at his Rally in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Hate speech, and inciting violence have a precedent for not being protected by the first amendment.

According to Iowa Code 729A.1 Citizens have the right to be free from any violence, or intimidation by threat of violence, committed against their persons, based on, among other things, political affiliation.

A black protester in November was tackled to the ground and assaulted at a previous rally, and Trump didn't only dismiss it, but encouraged it by saying "Maybe he should be roughed up". It is time to take a stand, and we the people, call for the arrest of Donald Trump.
