Ethan Couch, a rich/wealthy teen is responsible for the death of 4 people in Texas. The boys army of defense attorneys argued that Ethan suffers from apparent "affluenza" and with State District Judge Jean Boyd's final ruling that he has to attend 10 years probation in a institute that will cost $500,000 a year in California, Ethan, doesn't have to worry about the American Judicial system. If Obama would like to turn this country around I believe there should be law that states "no person shall see favoritism and/or special circumstantial punishment" due to "affluenza". This 16 year old had blown a .24 blood-alcohol test, was speeding over 70mph in a 40 zone, had 7 passengers in his F-350 (2 of which were in the bed and 1 of them now paralyzed and brain damaged) and killed 4 people.
