The Fourth Amendment guarantees "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized," but yet the NSA, funded by American taxpayers, has been stockpiling millions of peoples' phone records and internet data (our "effects"), without "warrants... upon probable cause," and without "particularly describing the place to be searched" given that the vast collection of data includes millions of people. In paying Federal taxes, American citizens fund this illegal operation, and should therefore be arrested for conspiracy.
