George W. Bush / Dick Cheney and the Bush Cabinet are responsible for the manufacture of false claims of weapons of mass destruction in IRAQ ,for the purpose of obtaining power and wealth, which in turn cost the lives of countless innocent people and the lives of countless Armed Forces personnel from America and all countries that joined the effort based on those false claims as explained by Vincent Bugliosi during the " Limits of Executive Power " hearing July 25th 2008 .
