Arrest Harry Reid for refusing to pass a budget for 4 years

Congress is required under the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974 to pass a spending plan and then have it scored by the Congressional Budget Office and signed by the president. Harry Reid has refused to pass a budget every year as the law requires. This is yet another violation of law that the Democrats have ignored and it's time that we the people make it known that we do not accept their willful violations of US law. Nobody is above the law and that includes the Majority leader of the Senate. It is time for Harry Reid to be arrested and brought up on charges.
