Hillary Clinton has conducted official business including classified material on her personal server,this is in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1924. By doing so Hillary Clinton has effectively betrayed the trust in the American people and her office by avoiding FOIA requests and effectively running a shadow government operation free from public scrutiny.
