Justin Bieber aged 19 has been driving under the influence in Miami at the night hours not only endangering himself but more importantly those around him. He may consider it amusing but he can be jailed up to 9 months however to deport him he needs to be jailed for at least a year and therefore you should also take into consideration his possession of illegal Marijuana for which he can be jailed for a year, if he is jailed for a year or more then he can be deported since his visa permits him only to be deported once he's jailed for a year or more.
