arrest rapist Li Tianyi and the other four group members

On 22nd Feburary 2013, Li Tian yi and other four members (we do not know their names) raped a girl in Beijing, China. After the accident, although the government said they would arrest the five criminals, there is no results. Many people think the police do not dare to arrest them because of their parents. Their parents have great power on the government and so the police do not dare to arrest them. The accident is of great importance. Although Li's parents said their son was only 17, many people have evidence to show that Li is over 21. The accident is very of scurviness. OUr government is useless and disappointing to us. So we hope there is a fair institution to help us.
