Arrest those who have signed petitions to secede from the States and Charge with Treason

Created by S.H. on November 13, 2012

trea·son   [tree-zuhn] Show IPA
noun
1.
the offense of acting to overthrow one's government or to harm or kill its sovereign
2.
a violation of allegiance to one's sovereign or to one's state.
3.
the betrayal of a trust or confidence; breach of faith; treachery.

The very act of one petitioning to secede from the United States is Treason by definition and all those who have signed should be held accountable and stand and face trial.

If it is found in trial to not be treason then those that have signed should be granted exile to a country of their choice and not given any land from the US as they had nothing to do with the induction of their state to become a part of this United States so they hold no claim to the land in which they live.

Guilt Verdict should carry out Maximum Sentence
