Created by W.B. on November 18, 2012

United States Constitution Article V provides for the people to vote state by state to call for a Constitutional Convention regressing the government rule in this country. 2/3 of the states of the Union are required to file for a Constitutional Convention under Article V.
Unlimited Convention consists of representatives from the states involved to regress with no pre-set agenda.
Limited Constitutional Convention constists of representatives from the states involved to regress with a pre-set agenda by the people, not the government.
Current laws can be changed, including sitting leaders usings this method; our fore fathers had the insight to know one day it would be a necessary act to limit government. Contact your state attorney general.
