Ask ACT to reschedule their exam on June 11 in Hong Kong and South Korea

Created by F.Z. on June 12, 2016

ACT canceled the June 11, 2016, administration of the ACT test at all centers in South Korea and Hong Kong. The cancellation affected about 5,500 test takers, caused great financial lose and violated test takers' rights of perusing high education and happiness. We hold these truths to be self-evident, that every test taker, affected by the cancelling, has unalienable right to have another chance to take ACT test. We, therefore, urges ACT company, to let facts be submitted to a candid world, reschedule this ACT exam and have powerful solutions to keep the justice and security of the ACT test for the next time and all times.
