On February 9th, 2013 the "Orange" Mobility contract expires between AT&T and the Communication Workers of America that covers Mobility workers in 36 states and the District of Columbia. AT&T continues to report record profits quarter after quarter, but fight tooth and nail to keep from sharing these profits with their employees in the wireless sector. All the employees want is to be treated fairly and to gain a good living wage that properly compensates for the business we help support. AT&T has quarter after quarter of great earnings reports.
