We want the Chinese Government to return Ai Weiwei's passport so that he can attend the inaugural New Mexico Arts TIME Navajo Nation Biennial set for June 13-15, 2014 in Coyote Canyon, New Mexico. Weiwei and his studio are collaborating with Navajo artist Bert Benally to create an installation that will be unveiled in Coyote Canyon, New Mexico. The project brings nations (Navajo Nation, United States, China) together and is an invitation to the art world to come and experience a site-specific art work that is generated through cultural exchange originating in one of the most remote areas of the world.
