Tom Hanks has had an incredible career. However, Forest Gump, Apollo 13 and Cast Away marked a turning point in his career, where he stopped doing as many bizarre comedies and started doing more dramatic roles. A younger generation of movie audiences might only know him for his newer work. Hollywood loves re-making movies. I would like to see movies like Big, Joe Versus the Volcano, Turner & Hooch, The Money Pit and Bachelor Party re-told with the assistance of Hanks' son, Colin. I think it would generate jobs in the movie industry and with Colin's increasing popularity among young people, it would get audiences to pay money for movie tickets, stimulating our economy.
