Ask Congress to add the "Right to Stay Alive" to the constitution, to give it as much weight as the Right to Bear Arms.

The Right to bear arms is guaranteed by the 2nd amendment to the constitution, but the Right to stay alive is not even mentioned in it.
The rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness are recognized as fundamental rights in the Declaration of Independence, which carries no legal weight.
The Right to stay alive should be added to the constitution.
