Ask congress to create “Pony Time” to promote a more cooperative legislative environment.

We believe that a procedural measure known as “Pony Time,” originating from a political party in Germany, be implemented into congress in the United States. If there is a heated debate and emotions are running high, this would allow representatives of all parties and ideologies to take a step back from the issue and watch an episode of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic together. We hope this will be the first step in returning civility and respect to the legislative process.
