Absent specific State Law for the prosecution of Law Enforcement personal who act beyond the scope and duties of their job, we need Federal Laws that allow for the criminal prosecution of these individuals.
We also need Congress to withhold funding to any Law Enforcement Department that does not immediately dismiss from duty, arrest and detain any employee which may have acted outside the scope and duty of their job where there is video evidence.
Basically, we need Law Enforcement personal treated in the same manner of regular Citizens, with the exception of more severe penalties the longer one has been in Law Enforcement.
We do not allow such behavior by regular Citizens; We can not allow such behavior by those who are voluntarily employed to enforce the law and protect the peace
