ask Congress to end the Selective Service System.

In the over 3 decades since draft registration was started, the Cold War has ended and despite numerous military engagements overseas there has never been a draft or even serious suggestion that there should be a draft. The Selective Service System is a waste of money since it isn't being used. It is now unconstitutional as women are not included (though they can now serve in combat roles). And it is redundant as today's computer systems could be used to do a draft through selection of Social Security numbers if there ever needed to be a draft. The Selective Service System should be terminated.
