Ask congress to form a committee to figure out how to let most of the Tea Party states peacefully secede from the union as a contiguous block of states…Naturally, there would be a lot of issues to work out, but most people would probably be happier if a contiguous block of Tea Party states seceded to form their own country with their own constitution, laws and federal government.
