This bill would outlaw both outsourcing and insourcing of foreign labor and would make hiring anyone other than American citizens and/or legal aliens a felony. It would cancel all employment-based non-immigrant visas. It would void all Free Trade Agreements and reinstitute Fair Trade. It would revoke the citizenship of business owner(s) who refuse to bring their workforce back to the USA allowing them to relocate to the country of their foreign workforce.
