ask Congress to pass a constitutional amendment banning earmarks and riders from being in bills!

I am tired of good bills getting bogged down with earmarks and riders, many of which cost this nation millions and billions of dollars and have nothing to do with the actual bill. Lets get the money and earmarks out of politic. urge Congress to pass a constitutional amendment banning all earmarks and riders to bills, so that they are clean bills.
