More information has come to light regarding President-Elect Donald Trump's relationship with the Russian government and Prime Minister and that government's role in our most recent presidential election. The harsh truth is that the election has been delegitimized due to that interference, threatening our very democracy. We implore Congress and the Intelligence community to conduct further, deeper investigations and establish an independent, non-partisan committee along the lines of the 9/11 commission. This commission can and must answer the question of whether or not there has been foreign interference in our election process, and if it is concluded that that is the case, Congress must pass an amendment requiring a one-time special election to be held immediately.
