In the past year, the Israeli police has killed one American citizen and beaten another. In 2014, Israel underwent a 51 day military offensive into the occupied Palestinian territory of Gaza, where over 2,000 Palestinians, mostly civilians, were killed. The most recent offensive includes a multitude of charges of infringement of International rights including
- Attacking an occupied state
-Disproportionate force
-Targeting of non civilian forces, especially women and children
Israel has a history of attacking this occupied territory. There is also a history of ignoring US advice and meddling in American politics. Israel has also just closed the Al Aqsa Mosque
Continuing to support Israel is against American interests, as well as American values as listed in our Declaration of Independence
