The practice of fracking intentionally introduces toxins to the environment. The toxins are so harmful they threaten other BLM land users. Those toxins might also be introduced to consumers of livestock, reaching all 50 states.
We the People have been harmed by executives from oil and gas companies. They have maliciously and with strategic legal and political maneuvering damaged BLM land for personal gains.
We would like the Department of Justice to review settlements with Oil and Gas companies and disclose them to appropriate elected officials so that they may make informed decisions regarding regulation of the practice. We would also ask executives found potentially guilty of knowingly introducing toxins that have killed any people be held accountable for conspiracy and manslaughter.
